Esports is a form of sport competition using video games.
Who watch Games 🤔 ?
According to a report from a Newzoo , a market analytics company , 380 Million people watch will watch esports this year.
Covid-19 boosted the esports :
The proof is the recent growth in the online gaming industry in India. The industry data showed that the online gaming industry in the country grew at a rate of 21% during the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown months.
A recent Nielsen report shows that Indians’ use of their smartphones has increased 9% to over 3 hours 40 minutes daily compared to pre-lockdown times.These times are the jackpot for the Gamers.In 2022 Gaming platform goes massive growth.
1.Twitch
Twitch is currently the most expensive game streaming platform in terms of hours watched. Later, other activities such as music, traveling, chatting and cooking were added. Twitch employs around 1500 employees around the world.
Billions of online gamers consume on the content provided by streamers on Twitch regularly.

Most YouTubers are paid around $5 to $8 per 1000 views of their videos, depending on how many people click the ads.

To boost the competition against top platforms, Facebook launched a dedicated app named 'Facebook Gaming: Watch, Play and Connect' on April 15.

Facebook pays the creator $0.01 USD per Star. Gaming creators who are eligible for Stars can set up their payment account on their Streamer Dashboard and track how many stars they receive. Once you have a video that has 300 or more people watching at the same time, you'll be eligible to set up ad breaks from your Page.

Every streamer starts on Bronze level. You have to clear Bronze level then Silver and finally reach the Gold Level. Gold streamers are eligible to earn through the platform.
Minimum they should stream 10 days out of 15 days.Stream should minimum of 20 hours in 15 days.Need to get 250 watch hours in 15 days.Get 125 followers in 15 days. Once a user gets this target they can start earnings of Rs:5000 per month.
The watching users can also earn in this platform.By watching their favorite streamer's stream for 10 mins per day they get a scratch card.
