Top 3 Video Calling Apps

Here are the few video calling apps that are most trustable for the users. These apps have the good security features when compared to the other apps .The apps are

1.Google Meet

Google Meet is a video-communication service developed by Google. It is one of two apps that constitute the replacement for Google Hangouts, the other being Google Chat.

⬆️ Pros

The main advantage of Google Meet is its reliability. There are many competitors on the market, but few can match Google in the stability and security of its servers. The program has a simple and intuitive operation, allowing new users to adapt quickly. The invitation of members to a meeting is very easy, with the generation of an access link that can be shared. However, this does not make it difficult to control who can access the meeting, since new members, to participate, must receive authorization from those who are already at the meeting. Privacy options to disable your microphone and camera are available at all times, and even before entering the room, on the standby screen.

🔻 Cons

It is a downside that you need a gmail account to use this. Some people have email accounts specific to their internet provider or they have yahoo.

2.Cisco Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex. Webex Meetings lets you host online meetings with HD video, audio and screen sharing. Webex Teams keeps your teams connected through messaging, file sharing and calling.Webex Calling brings your phone system to the cloud so you can make and receive calls on any device.

⬆️ Pros

One button to push joining. Just having one button to click and "everything magically works" is amazing from the user's standpoint.
Video that is clear and helps convey your message because audio alone is missing so much of what we humans look for in interactions. And Webex meetings with video has filled that gap back in.

🔻 Cons

The call me feature doesn’t work sometimes and we have to make attendees physically dial in.
The screen share feature sometimes stops working while in the middle of a meeting but the audio still works. There’s no way to reconnect and continue to share the screen.

3.Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a unified communication and collaboration platform that combines persistent workplace chat, video meetings, file storage and application integration.Microsoft announced Teams at an event in New York.

⬆️ Pros

With Teams, you can easier focus your attention on work-related topics and prioritize your time better. Instead of spending time going through an inbox that contains messages from everyone about everything, Teams compartmentalizes information into channels and puts your information in context.
A big challenge for many organizations is keeping everyone in the loop and making everyone feel that they know what is going on. With Teams, this becomes so much easier. No longer do you have to worry about who to put on cc in an email or who to invite to a meeting.

🔻 Cons

Creating a new ID is very difficult it aks your all details.
One of the key benefits with Teams is that it makes sharing so easy. Everyone who is a member of the Team automatically has access to all the channels and all the files in the Team, the same OneNote notebook, and so on.
